At present, the Russian industrial holding Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UGMK) owns 51% of the company shares, 49% are owned by the Czech group Pamco.

To name but a few of the developed planes: L 200 Morava, Z 37 Bumble Bee, L 13 Blaník (Almost every new pilot in American Air Force starts his training in Blaník gliders, in fact, cadets and instructors of the U.S. Air Force Academy have covered more than 45,000 flight hours in Blaníks.) and, in particular, short-range transport aircraft L 410. The Czech Department of Industry and Trade awarded the company a grant support to modernize and revitalize the L 410 aircraft.

The Project is called MOSTA - Modernization Of the Small Transport Aircraft in order to increase the efficiency and economy of L 410 aircraft´s operation. The Technodat Company won the tender to provide a 3D/PLM solution based on CATIA V5 and ENOVIA SmarTeam for the project, mainly due to its knowledge of the given problems in the aircraft industry and also based on a similar, successfully realised project in The Evektor Company in Kunovice.
