Henniges Hranice, s.r.o. is an innovative supplier of complex automotive sealing systems for doors and window frames of vehicles, made of ecologically clean, recyclable and light TPV material, including glass encapsulation.
The Company Henniges Hranice, s.r.o. was established in October 2011 by the fusion of Henniges Automotive (traditional supplier of EPDM vehicle sealing system, anti vibration control parts and glass encapsulation for vehicles) and Nomaseal s.r.o. (former Jyco Europe), which, since its formation in 2006, has quickly established itself as an innovative and reliable TPV vehicle sealing system supplier for the European Automotive Industry.
The main Henniges Hranice, s.r.o. activities involve the development, production and customer support to guarantee the customers` maximum satisfaction and to fulfil the high quality demands of the contemporary automotive industry. Henniges Hranice, s.r.o. is a dynamically developing company in North Moravia region which keeps investing in new modern production equipment in order to increase its production capacities and thus create new job opportunities and strengthen its position at the competitive market.
The contemporary production programme includes for example glass guide sealing for Škoda Octavia, sealing for Škoda Yeti or wiper seals for VW and Audi vehicles. Henniges Hranice, s.r.o. is also a nominated developmental supplier of the upcoming projects in Škoda Auto, Volkswagen and others.
To offer their customers the maximum support, the R&D department works at two locations - in Viersen (Germany) and in Mladá Boleslav (Czech Republic). The product development is performed in both R&D offices, while the production processes and optimization development are completed in Hranice (Czech Republic). Development teams in Germany and Mladá Boleslav specialize in car body sealing with TPV. The car body sealing includes not only seals protecting passengers against water, dust and noise, but also seals that protect luggage against moisture and dust from the outside.
Since its early days Henniges Hranice, s.r.o. has been using the CATIA V5 system to perform designer works within the development of new products and to perform the design of extrusion tools. At present, the designer works are in progress at 8 installations of CATIA V5. Five of the CATIA seats serve to support the development of parts and the other three serve for the tool design. All licenses were obtained via Technodat Zlín Company.
