KONŠTRUKTA-Industry, a.s. Trencin decided to implement V6 platform

23. 12. 2011 | On 23rd December, 2011, the companies KONŠTRUKTA-Industry, a.s. and Technodat, CAE-systémy, s.r.o. signed a set of contracts which deal with further development of the 3D/PLM solution and the transformation of business processes in KONŠTRUKTA-Industry, a.s. The signed contracts extend the co-operation between both companies, started in 2005.

The basis of the signed contracts is the unification of the 3D tools in KONŠTRUKTA-Industry, a.s. and the implementation of a new generation solution of PLM 2.0 on V6 platform by the French software company Dassault Systèmes. The implementation of the 3D/PLM solution, training and customer support are provided by Technodat. The significant transformation of business and PLM processes and the transition to V6 platform are planned within the next two years. Technodat, being the overall supplier of the solution, has the complete support of Dassault Systèmes.

The company KONŠTRUKTA-Industry, a.s. with the headquarters in Trenčín is an important supplier of industrial machines mainly for rubber and defence industries, with significant export activities.

The company Technodat, CAE-systémy, s.r.o. belongs to the leading providers of the 3D/PLM solution with a wide regional coverage of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The offered 3D/PLM solution is based on V6 platform by Dassault Systèmes. In case of the solution for KONŠTRUKTA-Industry, a.s. it is based on the software products CATIA V6, ENOVIA V6 a 3DVIA.
