The production company ZKW Slovakia s.r.o. was established in 2006 and in 2010 it expanded its competences to the developmental area.
The developmental department embraces:
- Systems design and development
- Electronics development
- Lighting technologies development
- Prototypes department
- Development of processes and quality department which will involve a light validation and light laboratory department.
In the course of three years, step by step, a team of 35 highly-qualified engineers will be built. The engineers will also provide R&D services to other enterprises of the business concern. The necessary know-how transfer from the parent company in Wieselburg to Krušovce is prerequisite for the success. This transfer was successfully started and is a proof of the very good cooperation between the two R&D departments.
The ZKW Slovakia s.r.o. Company`s goal is to provide R&D services in the key segment of the Krušovce enterprise (small lights, fog lights and combined fog lights) for all enterprises of the business concern.
