Roman Lisičan is the Co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of TECHNODAT, a leading provider of solutions in digital engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM). He joined the company in 2020.

He brings over 30 years of international experience in technology, innovation, and team leadership. He has held managerial and development roles in companies across Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, and Sweden.

His key strength lies in the ability to connect technical expertise with business strategy and drive corporate transformation through digital tools.

Roman is the founder of the international 3DX Alliance, which unites leading Dassault Systèmes partners in Europe. He strategically positions TECHNODAT as a technology leader in Central Europe, focusing on shared know-how and value-added innovative services.

He is a graduate of the Slovak University of Technology. His leadership is built on trust, innovation, and long-term value-based collaboration.

Aleš KOBYLÍK | CFO

Aleš Kobylík is the founder of TECHNODAT, which he established in 1992. Under his long-term leadership, the company has become a major player in digital engineering and PLM solutions in Central Europe.

Throughout his 30+ year career, he has guided the company to numerous successful partnerships, including achieving Dassault Systèmes Platinum Partner status, and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s service and technology portfolio.

He played a key role in transforming the company from a license reseller into a provider of comprehensive industrial solutions, significantly increasing its value for customers.

In 2020, he transferred his ownership share to Ing. Roman Lisičan and continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He actively contributes to ensuring financial stability, managing investments, and supporting the company’s strategic direction.

Aleš Kobylík is a graduate of Charles University. His professional approach combines technical knowledge with business experience and a focus on continuity.

Lucia OLLÉ | CMO

Chief Marketing Officer

Lucia Olle serves as Chief Marketing Officer at TECHNODAT. She is responsible for strategic brand management, business support, and marketing activities across the fields of automation, energy, mobility, and digital engineering.

She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and team leadership. Lucia has held senior positions in companies in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and abroad, and has extensive experience in building brands within the technical industry.

Previously, she led the marketing department of a mechanical engineering and defense group, focusing on strategy, campaigns, content, and digital transformation.

At TECHNODAT, she develops a unified brand presence in the Czech and Slovak markets, focusing on building a strong corporate culture. She supports initiatives that connect technical content with business goals and increase market trust in the TECHNODAT brand.

Lucia studied Marketing and Communication at the Kent Institute of Business & Technology in Sydney, Australia. She combines international experience from the USA and Europe with a focus on performance, creativity, and value-driven communication.

Josef FRITSCHKA

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he focuses on strategic management, team development, and expanding the company’s presence in both the Czech and Slovak markets. He has been with the company since 1999, when he started as a CAD/CAE systems support engineer.

Thanks to his extensive experience in implementing software solutions for the industrial, energy, and transportation sectors, he gradually advanced to the company’s executive leadership.

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at VŠB-TU Ostrava, specializing in electrical machines and devices.
He is also a licensed engineer in construction technology.

He emphasizes creating a fair and friendly workplace, where colleagues are seen as partners and collaborators. He believes that trust is the best motivation for teamwork – and this philosophy forms the foundation of the company’s long-term success.

Lenka SLUKOVÁ

She is responsible for the strategic management of the company, the commercial and technical oversight of projects, and the long-term direction of the company in digital engineering, PLM solutions, and innovation.

She graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Technology.
She has extensive experience in the design of medical compressors, train components, and the development of press tool parts.

She connects technical innovation with business goals and builds long-term relationships with customers. She is known for her energy, systematic approach, and ability to motivate her team to achieve outstanding results.
She believes in leadership built on trust, expertise, and continuous improvement.

Martin KRÁLÍK

He began his career in CAM and PLM, working as a technical specialist, developer, and manager. Over time, he has built a profile as a professional who combines deep technical expertise with organizational thinking and can transfer knowledge across disciplines.

He has long been involved in designing technical solutions, developing support tools, and building teams based on expertise, responsibility, and sound judgment. He believes in leadership founded on trust, data, and meaningful purpose.

He graduated in Software Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, where he later worked as an assistant lecturer and continued in postgraduate studies.

He is dedicated to building long-term customer relationships and a responsible approach to implementing new technologies. He believes in teamwork based on trust, open communication, and a shared pursuit of effective solutions.
