Our team focuses on mechanical design work using CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE, NX, and SolidWorks. We handle design, optimization, and documentation of mechanical assemblies and electrical installations—with seamless integration into broader systems.

CATIA - 3D CAD

Automotive and complex vehicle assemblies

We contribute to automotive development for a range of customers— from collaborating on the design of sheet-metal, tube, and profile assemblies to engineering interior systems (e.g., ABS bulkheads or bonded parts), through to engine packaging and the design of fuel, cooling, and exhaust components. We have experience with turbocharger development, precision-machined components, and electrical wiring— including routing, modeling, and mounting— as well as virtual vehicle build using advanced 3D package management and clash analysis. Our work combines technical accuracy, functional integration, and a strong focus on manufacturability.

Energy and Mechanical Engineering

We provide design and development services in the fields of energy and mechanical engineering, focusing on collaboration in steam turbine design, detailed engineering of castings, forgings, and welded assemblies. We prepare manufacturing documentation in compliance with ASME and ISO standards and design components for both pressure and gravity casting. Our services also include projects for maintenance and service purposes, where we emphasize speed, precision, and compatibility with existing systems.

Plastics, Foams, Molds, and Fixtures

We provide comprehensive design and development services in the field of plastics, foams, molds, and fixtures – from designing large plastic parts produced by vacuum forming or RIM technology, through mold design for vacuum and foam shaping, to the development of adhesive, painting, and assembly fixtures. We design functional plastic assemblies with a strong focus on optimizing for efficient and cost-effective production, while combining technical performance with manufacturing feasibility.

Analyses, Simulations, and Design Validation

We carry out advanced analyses, simulations, and design validation – from flow analyses in water cores, turbines, and compressors, through static and dynamic stress calculations using the FEM method (including modal analyses), to statistical tolerance analyses of assemblies with the 3DCS tool. By virtually verifying layouts and assemblies before production, we minimize error risks and significantly shorten the development cycle.

Working in PLM Systems and Digital Processes

We have extensive experience working with PLM systems and supporting digital processes – specializing in data management on platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, and Agile, including version control and configuration management of 3D models and documentation. We actively participate in integration and change processes within PLM and ensure efficient collaboration across design, engineering, and production in a fully digital environment, contributing to greater transparency and smoother development cycles.
