All support services are delivered via the Client Center

Customers with an active technical and service support agreement have access to the fastest and most efficient communication with our team through the portal Client Center. After logging in, you select the relevant product and briefly describe your issue. The system automatically assigns your request to a specialist who provides qualified and prompt support—without unnecessary delays.

The Dassault Systèmes certification process ensures reliable operation of Dassault Systèmes software on verified workstations.
The certification covers the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform (CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA) and the V5 platform (CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA DMU). Current details are available on Dassault Systèmes’ website.
