With CARAT Remote Management, you can be absolutely certain: the user decides which data we are allowed to access and which not. We do not view or collect any personal data stored on the computer, and of course, we can only see the computer for as long as access is granted.

Start CARAT Remote Management in just one click.
Confirm that you want to launch the session.
A small window will display your personal access ID and password.
Provide these credentials to the support specialist.
The support specialist can then use them to work on your computer or guide you through the process.
